Everyone wants to be a hero, but does the Jewish perspective allow us to put ourselves in danger to save another? Medical professionals are on the front lines of treating the ill and often come in contact with highly contagious diseases. Through thoughtful analysis of analogous cases that appear in classical Jewish legal literature, this session will discuss whether one should or could put himself out on a figurative limb to save others.
